Exhibitor Passes

To Pick Up Your Exhibitor’s Passes Please Go To The Exhibitor’s Booth Located On The Ground Floor Of The Pavilion On Saturday, Sept 9 After 7am 

1. You Must Pick Up Your Passes Before You Enter The Exhibit Floor.

2. Please Give Us A List Of The People Who Are Working Your Booth By Email: Flora.Parekh@Gmail.Com.

3.Only People On Your List Will Receive Passes.

4. A-Booths Are Given 6 Passes, Mini Booths 3 Passes And Tables 2 Passes.  

5. Extra Passes Cost $15 Per Day.

Saturday: 10:00-7:00pm          Sunday: 10:00-7:00pm 

 

Load In 

Load In Will Be Saturday September 9 Between 7 And 9:30am.

 

Shipping

·       All Packages Should Be Shipped To: Hotel Pennsylvania/ 401 Commercial L.P.
Penn Pavilion / 18th Floor Catering Storage Room 

·       401 7th Avenue New York, NY 10001

·       Put “Vegetarian Vision Expo” Mark On Each Box As Well As

·       Your Booth Name.

·       Please Do So No Earlier Than Ten Days Prior To Show Time.

 

There Is A $1 Per Box Handling Fee.

All Packages Will Be Available On Saturday Morning Sept 9 For Retrieval. Pickup Will Be In The Penn Pavilion On The Back Landing. Please Bring Proper Id And/Or Tracking Numbers (Vendors Will Not Be Allowed To Go To The 18th Floor To Retrieve Their Own Items); Or If You Like You Can Pick Up Your Boxes By Yourself Friday Before 5pm On The 18th Floor Catering Storage Room

 

Curbside Assistance: You Can Bring Your Own Items In Through The Front Door Of The Penn Pavilion And Up The Escalator To The Second Floor After 7am Saturday Sept 9.. Bellmen Will Not Be Allowed To Enter Into The Penn Pavilion. Please Bring Necessary Carts.

 

Bulk Pallet Deliveries Must Have Inside Hotel Delivery By The Shipper To The 18th Floor Or Will Not Be Accepted 
  ***All Pallet Deliveries Must Be Able To Get Through The Elevator Door Or Will Be Turned Away – Elevator Door Measurement Is 4 Feet Wide And 7 Feet High

If Your Items Are To Large To Bring In Front And Up The Escalator Then Park On Street And Enter The Building Via Freight Elevator Driveway Entrance Located On The 32nd Street Between 6th And 7th Ave . You Can Then Park Your Car In The Garage Across The Street.

 Someone Must Stay With The Car So You Do Not Get A Ticket.
Take Elevator To St-Mezzanine Level – And Follow The Signs To The Exhibit Hall

 

 

Decorator Kit

If You Want Extra Tables Or Chairs Call Trippmix At (973) 247-7680 (Six-Foot Tables Are $50) Asap To Avoid A Late Fee. There Will Be No Extra Tables Or Chairs At The Expo.

 

Electricity

Electricity Fill Out The Enclosed Electrical Form And Fax Back Iimmediately To The Number On The Form.

 

Wifi

There Is A Fee For Wifi.  You Must Fill Out The Form In Advance To Insure Wifi.

 

Audio Visual

Moving Out

Sunday, Oct 18 7:00 Pm – 10pm Only.

Shipping Out Procedures

 

1.Tape Up All Boxes And Make Sure They Have A Packing Slip And Label.

2. Then Bring The Boxes To The Back Landing Where You Retreived Them From.

 

3.Call Fedex Or Ups To Notify Them That Your Boxes Need To Be Picked Upat The Hotel Pennsylvania 401 7th Ave. Ny, Ny 10001, 18thfloor Storage
